Olympic Beach is a marvellous holiday resort on the Aegean seaside at the foot of Mount Olympus, 70 km away from Thessalonica in Northern Greece. It lies near Katerini and next to Paralia, which is the biggest summer resort of the region and can be reached easily from Olympic Beach with a pleasant stroll on the promenade.

During the hottest hours of the day /approx. 2pm-5pm/, the natives take a siesta while most of the shops are closed but then, they are open until late in the evening.
